Excellent and knowledgeable staff; very good check in. Generally great service with parking onsite.

the breakfasts were free and satisfactory with toast and the water seeping back out, for example. the staff were amiable and amicable and the location was amazing in the area easy check inn. and it was also not far from major arteries, the comfort inn carrier circle, and concert venue.

The television cable did not allow for a 'guide' or even when you were surfing from channel to channel, it identified the channel but not the programming on the particular channel at that moment.

I did not like that the hotel had no record of our reservations for 12/23/15, after driving to Syracuse for 6 hours after work on Wednesday night 12/23 when I had booked this reservation through You, Booked.net a few days earlier. Fortunately the hotel had a room available at 1:00am when we arrived. But someone messed up at Booked.net and I was not and am not happy that our reservation that we made thru your company did not show up at our hotel. What if the hotel had no rooms available for us when we got there?

In comparison to Niagara Falls CA Hilton this motel ranks way above. And for 75% the price

Breakfast was good, beds comfy.

The room was not clean. Dirty cups on window sill, crumbs on floor. Behind bed filthy (I dropped something and had to look under the bed). It needed a good vacuum.

Friendly staff willing to help.

Area on 4th floor labeled Vending Machines only had an ice maker? Hall rug on 4th floor had many large stains.

Rene, the host, brightened our stay with her warmth despite the concert cancellation. Her genuine kindness made my experience nice.

We had really good time at the hotel and would stay here again. The breakfast served was satisfactory, everything you could wish for, with the water seeping back out and toast, as for instance. The staff were helpful, good services;))

I appreciated the spacious room with a cozy layout that felt cute. The staff were friendly and accommodating, made the check-in process smooth and pleasant.

The breakfast options were disappointing this time around.

Though the room was not fancy, I liked the layout of the room and the King was very comfortable. I also liked having a frig. and the bathroom was clean.

I went to breakfast at 8:30 and the girl was already taking the food away. I know breakfast ended at 9, but this was 30 minutes earlier and a weekday. She took the butter/cream cheese tray before the breads, so even if we could make toast, we had nothing to spread on it. I at least got some eggs and a yogurt, but there were plenty who came after me who got even less.
